21st South Pacific Nurses Forum 2024 | "Our Nurses Our Future" | 4-7 June 2024

The next South Pacific Nurses Forum will be held 4-7 June 2024 at APEC Haus in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The Forum will offer a hybrid option for those wishing to attend virtually.

Registration is now open to attend the Forum either in person or online via the registration form below.

The call for abstracts with the theme "Our Nurses Our Team: Building Transformational Reflective Nursing Leadership for Contemporary Education, Research, and Clinical Practice Locally and Globally" is also now open to 17 May 2024. Please see the link below for information on how to submit an abstract.

19th South Pacific Nurses Forum 2018

The 19th South Pacific Nurses Forum was held from 15th-19th October 2018 in the Cook Islands with the theme of "Transforming Leadership - Nurses as Change Agents for Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in the Pacific". Thank you to all presenters and attendees.

The South Pacific Nurses Forum was formed in 1982 by South Pacific Nurses who were attending the 1980 International Council of Nurses in Los Angeles, USA and has met in a different location in the South Pacific every two years since then.

Clinical nurses, nurse managers, nurse educators and nurse leaders from across the South Pacific attend the Forum to discuss and debate key issues of importance to nurses and nursing.
